I really wanted to thank my loan team for helping me find another great place to live! The care they have shown has gone such a long ways. As a congratulatory gift, they gave us a care package tailored towards my son! The care and attention to detail to remember where he was at developmentally really went a long ways in making us feel seen, even in a virtual partnership. I'm to have gotten to work with them again. Should I find myself in need to move down the road, I know exactly whom to call.

After this experience I will never again purchase a property remotely. The ILS listing was totally exaggerated in quality descriptions, amenities, and condition of appliances. I’m sure if my Realtor representative would have visited the home on our behalf, we would not have purchased it. BUT, a lot of hard earned money was already laid on the table.

The underwriting process was VERY stressful, and made the home buying process VERY difficult. It put our family under an unnecessary amount of stress, and common sense was not always at the forefront.

Ryan and his team truly cares about their customer and wants to get them in their home. He did things that I never thought of not only get our home but keep the payments low.
