The team also provided us with a very helpful real estate agent who skillfully aided us during the bidding and negotiating stages.Our concierge helped us with other transition needs, such as helping set us up with a home security team to secure the home for our move, or providing us with all the contact information needed to migrate our utilities.Our loan coordinator, Laura Schwalenberg, got our final loan ready and in order in a very short timeline, ensuring we could close on our home quickly, thus giving us more time to prepare the home for our final arrival.Lastly, we were very pleasantly surprised by the small gestures along the way. In congratulations to us for achieving home ownership, the team sent us treats and toys for our dog and cat, who enjoyed them greatly!
