The only criticism I have during the whole process was a few times we could have gotten a bit more notice of upcoming payments or appointments. We were hit last minute a couple times and had to take care of business in short order which was a bit frustrating. Other than that the entire team worked hard to get it done which was awesome.

Hands down, Chris and Nick made the process so easy. Their knowledge and willingness to help and answer questions made my experience amazing. They went above and beyond to get my loan closed expeditiously and painlessly.

I primarily worked with Kim Ahrens and Mallory Fuller. Talk about a dynamic duo! It took around a year for me to get into the process of buying a house. During this entire year, Kim would follow up every few weeks to check in and guide me through the steps to stay home ready. Once the home buying process began, Kim would answer any question at any time. Yes, even on the weekends. After the initial phase, Mallory Fuller was my new point of contact to guide me through the loan process. To my benefit, she was just as great as Kim.
