The entire team was awesome to work with, the whole process was so easy and simple thanks to everyone's help, knowledge, and availability. My realtor couldn't stop singing your praises to anyone who would listen. The closing meeting was made much easier and shorter because most of the documents I needed were already digitally signed and in the attorney's hands. Absolutely recommend these guys.

My real estate agent Cassandra Goss, was OVERALL AMAZING. However, there was a time during the process where I felt as though I could not differentiate between good advice or maybe she’s trying to rush me into making a decision. For instance, after I received my inspection report, there were something’s that I wanted to have repaired before closing. Cassandra kind of advised me that because the market is a sellers market, I shouldn’t ask for repairs. That even some buyers waive repairs. However, those repairs were cause of concern for me, and I kind of felt like Cassandra was not listening to me at that time or didn’t have my best interest at heart at that time. To her, she may have been giving me good advice because of the current market. However, to me I don’t care what the market is, I’m not in a rush to just jump into a situation that could turn out to be detrimental to me. I felt like I was being rushed to a certain extent. I felt as though Cassandra thought that if we asked for certain repairs then the sellers would walk away and find another buyer. In my eyes, let them walk away then, we will find another seller. I’m the end, Cassandra asked for the repairs and the sellers ended up giving me a credit at closing for the repairs.
Jon Abernathy and his Team at Veterans United was amazing. Extremely versatile and accommodating throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
