Missing closing, due to paperwork oversights was poor form. Especially after it had been on the calendar for a month. This change caused alot of undue stress and multiple service provider changes costing me money and time. Started out strong but finished weak. Overall not the best experience in home buying. Would recommend but with a few caveats.

10/10. I was referred to Veterans United from a friend who spoke highly of the organization, and I have already referred them to a few friends in need of a home.

There was nothing more that they could do to make it easier. Very friendly and informative

My wife and I would definitely recommend Veterans United and Charles Lacey to our family and friends.

Excellent service from start to completion. Collin Grote and Chad Anderson were outstanding in their customer service. Efficient helpful and always in regular contact. The whole buying experience was stress-free. These two gentlemen are extremely confident in having the ability to reassure their customers. Outstanding knowledge of the property market business. 100% Professional linked to amazing value.

Great job by the entire team. Everyone was very professional and had all the right answers

Underwriting took longer than expected but the staff was very helpful and kept everything moving during the process.

You have forgotten the rating of Ms Emma Lloyd. Without her hard work the closing process wouldn’t have occurred. Very intelligent and at the same tim

Everyone that has helped me did an amazing job in responding timely, ensuring I knew the process for every step, and always remained professional and respectful.

Cindy was great to work with, she came highly recommended and we totally see why! We will always recommend her to everyone!

The loan officer that I worked with made everything simple. He was available when I needed him, and he provided me reassurance when needed. I will absolutely be using Cal as a lender in the future.
