Don’t be afraid to click the Veterans United advertisement in your email, if your FICO credit score is 620 or better (as a veteran) they will work with you to get the home of your dreams. My family is literally living in our dream house now thanks to them.
My entire team made my first home buying experience excellent
Mike and Parker were excellent. The rest of the process from the underwriting team was quite difficult as we'd get "To-Do's" in our loan app that didnt make sense (provide a My Biz proof of employment for a government agency that doesnt even use My Biz). The most difficult was getting a licensed electrician to our home within 3 days before closing to verify work was completed. The To-Do never showed up until 3 days before closing so it made for a very stressful finish. Overall, VU is great -- but this time was around was a bit shaky.
