I was a first-time home buyer, so initially, I was pretty lost, but the process smoothed out very quickly. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. Anything that was uncertain was either explained to me or corrected just as quickly. The team was very organized, which greatly helped the process even while I was busy with other personal responsibilities.
