Billy worked with Kaitlyn and me and his communication and breadth of knowledge to answer our questions and keeps us informed was welcoming and reduced the anxiety of an exciting but logistically stressful process in home buying.Billy answered our phone calls at weird times and on weekends, with patience and a genuine kindness. Thank you for not only interacting with us with such a pleasant demeanor, but also with the countless people and companies that accompanied us in the process. We had a snafu with the title company who did not include the sellers’ agent or our’s (buyer’s) agent on the email regarding the settlement date and funding date (which were to be the same) and as
a result we did not record (and get the keys) until the following day. It caused numerous problems. First American Title in Reno, NV will be receiving our negative comments.
The entire process was absolutely smooth, easy and amazing. The entire team we worked with walked us through the process with ease, patience in our lack of knowledge and answered all of our questions. Could not have asked for a better home buying process. I feel blessed to be in my new home with my family. It took a little longer than anticipated though with the state of the economy it was amazing to see it done at all.
