This is our second VA loan with VU. Both of them have been great experiences. Michael and Richmond were wonderful to work with. They were there with a quick reminder when things needed to be loaded online and were quick to respond to request or questions with excellent answers. Our loan needed a little extra attention due to an escrow account and they did the legwork to make it happen. I would nightly recommend Veterans United to anyone who is looking for a VA loan.

Our loan experience with Christopher and his team were exceptional. This is not our first VA loan nor our first home. They were on target with the timelines and very responsive. From the beginning of the process (Pre-approval) till the end (Closing) it was an awesome experience with Chris and team and! James followed up every week even after my file went over to the underwriting team. He explained the process and made sure I knew what was going on. James also gave heads up if changes were made.
