I waited 20 years to be able to do this. Worst fucking experience of my life and I woke up from a coma in the hospital to be told immediately I am missing half my face. Was repeatedly just flat out lied to and taken advantage of. I feel like since they knew I couldn’t read or had a hard time understanding they took advantage of or just plain didn’t do their job. I feel like by working with this company and people I was forced into a quick sale builder and threaten to be sued when they knew I wanted to walk away and break contract they didn’t even call. I asked to only be calls since I don’t read well and they still keep fucking text for calling in there cars while getting drive through or have it a buddy in the car and when the think I hung up they bust out laughing. You’re customer service ruined a 20 year mission. I can never do this twice or get those time back. Excuse me while I go get he pissy mattress out of the store shelter they said was clean and empty. Or fix the lights wiring issue. Or the fact she completely lied about how she go the ducking house the neighbor just told me everything I thought was a complete lie. Fuck you guys I gave you a 100 times to do right by me. Thanks for fucking up my life goal from an abusive childhood. And what’s worse is how hard it was on my wife. For that I’ll pay every penny that comes in to get the loan down and make sure I can sell it to someone else I do not want your company to benefit from my money is a character, morals, and values issue.
Everyone was so helpful with the loan process . This is a first time buying a home at age 67 no computer skill or use of cell phone. We were walked through the paper work with easy. It was no time at all we were able to close. The sale and move in house same day. They were a life saver. I can not thank Ross Clanahan enough for returning my call very promptly to put my mind at easy.

If I had to be disappointed about anything, it would be that we started at 7% but it changed to over 8% then it was locked instead of being locked at the 7!!

Our closing was delayed several hours because of lack of attention to detail. Our last name was spelled 3 different ways in the closing documents. After notifying the closing department of the change needed, the second version was also incorrect. Third time was the charm, but 2 hours later.Other than this issue, we had a good experience, especially with Craig Carafiol.
The Veterans United team went so far above and beyond what they had to do for our family. Our team wasn't just interested in getting us a home loan they cared about us as people.
