All in all, everything went really well. The whole team made things very simple to understand and made my first home buying experience a lot less stressful than it could have been.

The Veteran's United team were amazing. They made the entire process so easy. We had no idea they offered so many services. They have a team member for helping with anything from the actual loan to getting your utilities hooked up. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Abbie was great. She worked with an old fart and really helped him a lot and I could ask her anything.

Your underwriting team needs work, questioning why I am 2 years ahead on Mortgage payments. That's a good thing!!!!! They need to understand what a telecommuter means, and most businesses have gone that way with COVID. Telecommuter workers normally don't have HR Department and only have access to documents. They actually held up the process since we couldn't get someone to sign a document stating my wife was a telecommuter even though it showed on check stub and the document, we provided what a telecommuter position was in the company. They wanted my spouse to violate policy by getting someone of higher authority stating she is allowed to move to North Carolina which against company policies. They should never put an individual in that position by trying to violate any policy. This is not a good practice if this is happening through your underwriting team. I understand they should question some items but common sense can go a long way. This team lacked that!!!!!!
