Our home was purchased “for sale by owner” and initially I had a lot of fear and hesitation about going through the process without a real estate agent. Those fears were quickly relieved because of our lending agent, Chelsea. She guided us through the whole process and was quick to respond and easy to reach if we had any questions. I will recommend Veterans United to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance their home. The whole process was made relatively painless because we had such a helpful staff available to us.

From the first phone call to the last, John and the team were on point all the time. By far, this team has a system that works and it shows. Even when small things presented a problem, everyone did their part and fixed it in a matter of hours! If everyone did their job like y'all, the world would be a hell of a lot easier to live in.Also, I'm pretty sure my wife cried a little when we got the box for the dogs. She was upset that the box didn't contain some tissues.Thank you guys for everything you do.
