I would not recommend for a first time home buyer because they do not explain the information well. Veterans United is a misleading company name, there isn't unitity. They are more concerned with getting money than assisting veterans. Which is fine, get your money; but don't be predatory.

I love VU. The team I had was extremely professional and helpful. I always felt like a priority, and never felt like I was just another number or account. They were willing to go leaps and bounds for me!
I was very disappointed. I always was advised I would get some concessions for my troubles but I did not.
Purchasing a home is not easy and carving out time to research and locate everything you need is a-lot of work. We are very fortunate to have found Veterans United and only wish we had found them sooner. As Veterans we are now home owners utilizing our VA Home Loans. If you are looking for a team that truly has your best interest at heart and wants to make this process the easiest possible, this is the go-to group!I was terrified to buy a house because I knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the process or requirements. Veterans United keeps a running To-Do list of everything they need to get the job done. Check your to-do list, take care of the task and BAM…. Next thing you know you’re finally moving outta your mama’s basement!!They get 2 thumbs and a Big Toe up from me!! Highly recommended!Good luck on your new home journey my fellow Vets!
