Everything went quickly and smoothly and I was kept up to date with what I still needed to do. Answers were provided if I had questions.

This is the second home we've bought through Veterans United. They make the whole process much easier.

Great communication and resourcefulness from all parties involved and every step/task was well conveyed, streamlining the entire process, which allowed for an earlier close date. The ability to text my team was a huge bonus and the gifts at the end were a nice touch, thank you, everyone!

Wonderfull experience working with Billy again.

Overall great experience over the last 10 months

Leaving the military, my credit wasn't great. I worked many years to get back to where this was a possibility. The whole team at VU made sure that not only was I in the right house for me, but that it was within my price range, and that everything post sale would be an easy transition.

Thank you … stayed close to us the whole time . Great customer structured online interaction., great communication..what I really wish..is that you’d come up with a more generalized company name rather than trying to capture or seem like your actually government/va affiliated ..
I have fellow vets that kinda downed played you thinking your company name is camouflage when your really in no way shape or form government or va connected at all .Even though you are upfront eventually with the truth through your disclaimer about not being at all Dept of veterans affairs connected legally or officially- many vets I talked with ( myself included.. and I can see their points)!express a slight distaste for your advertisement(s) kinda implying that you could be government affiliated..howeverLenders are lenders was my thought and since the DOD / government actually has actually no “ va home loan Dept “ .. it is what it is ..and you guys did a great job and I get it business is businessBut…You do have a ton of veterans youve leant to now under your belt - and veterans do appreciate your eventually being straight up about your non affiliation with the actual Armed forces /government…Just do try to realize this - having served is like a fraternity/sorority bond at another whole serious level ..and is taken extremely seriously by all who have dedicated a part of their lives or the ultimate sacrifice for the cause of freedom ..both here and abroad ..The word veteran It’s not just a way to advertise
Or corporatize for monetary gain .. and I think you possibly realize thisThanks for what you do
Thank you Erinn and team

Veterans United did a fabulous job for us getting our new home. Smooth, streamline and very efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks for everything.

Thankful that Kyle and his team didn’t shy away when something came up out of the ordinary that they hadn’t dealt with before. They stepped up to the problem and worked as quickly as possible to solve the issue and help me close on the house!

Can’t say enough good things about veterans United. Great people.

I genuinely don’t think we would’ve found a home (especially one as good as this!) without the diligent help from our VU team. We appreciate and love all of the help we received over the past few months. Thank you so much to Don Smith and team!! (-:

Everyone was fabulous, professional we can tell everyone enjoys their job and supporting their customers. We were very impressed.

This was an amazing experience, everyone was very professional and kind while helping me with my first home. 11/10 perfect!
