I had to wait an extended amount of time for a railroad crossing agreement on my property. The team had no idea how to get one or the insurance requirements and I felt left to figure it out on my own. During this time, my 4% interest rate was extended up until May when they raised the interest rate to 6%. I got scammed but was desperate to get a home so I accepted. Now I'll have to refinance with a better lender.
We shopped around to find the best agency to work with us and in the end, felt that Veterans United had the professional and caring people that would find us the best needed items and the least expensive insurance, etc., for our budget.
