During my initial meeting with Clay, he was both very personable and highly professional. He and Abby kept me engaged by promptly responding to their requests and regularly updating me on the progress. Even when we encountered obstacles, Clay was diligent in resolving issues, going as far as organizing a three-way conference call with me, him, and VA when he wasn't getting the answers he needed. Abby also ensured I responded promptly to requests for documents and verifications. Although it was a tedious process, their patience paid off, and they ultimately saw it through to success.
Vishal and Mason were great throughout the entire process. Buying a home for the first time is very stressful but Vishal and Mason made sure to answer every question I had and made the whole process so easy. I would recommend them to everyone I know!
