This experience with veterans United was a very good experience with me. It was easy process they kept me updated. New’s actually what I had to do I didn’t feel lost which I did this last time at my house.

I’m a first home owner. When I first started this journey I didn’t expect to get the home I wanted. I found the home I wanted, put an offer in, got it accepted, and closed in 28 days. Veterans United is the best. I would most definitely recommend them to any veteran I know.
Charles and his team did a phenomenal job! I never once felt like I was left out of the loop or lost because Charles and his team does such a good job explaining!
Every time we would call it would go to voicemail. Had to supply documents 3-4. Were still verifying information the day before closing. It was a nightmare and beyond stressful.
The only thing that I had a problem with was the to do list(s), I would rather you give me the complete list instead 2,3,4 at a time. If I have the whole list it is easier for me anyway to set the goals and accomplish them
I will continue to look for Nick and VU in the future before anyone else. There's just no one out there even close to what him and his team offer.
VU is the way to go for veterans, either financing their first home or refinancing it couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend VU to any veteran when shopping for a home.
I have been on the market for homebuying before, but never have I ever received the kind of service that I got with Veterans United. From beginning to the end, each and every team member literally stepped in to ensure that they help me in every single way to get the home of my dream! I don't wish to go into the details of my finances but when I tell you that they worked with me to the very end to ensure that I could qualify for even a preapproval! Plus, once I was able to start house hunting, they quickly assigned me with the best realtor possible and given my history of homebuying (which was not good), I was scared because a bad experience I had before. However, the realtor that Veterans United provided was trustworthy and informative. After the initial stage, everything continued to go smoothly and within no time, I submitted the needed documentation, completed everything that was needed to be done and the entire team rallied around me and guided me. I literally had to worry about nothing (even though I still worried lol). Ultimately, I had the most amazing experience and I want to thank Daniel, Devin, Matt, Kaylyn and every single person that was part of the team throughout this process! I love you guys and definitely recommend this exceptional service to others as well!!!
