
Communication definitely needs a lot of work. When an offer is put on the home that should be the time to lock in the rate for the loan not the last week leading up to the closing date.

The keys to successful business is to delight the customer. I listened to a speech by Warren Buffett about Enterprise Car rentals and how their business exploded. I wouldn’t even compare Veteran’s United to enterprise. This outfit is in a league of its own. They should rewrite a business model for others to follow.
