Being a first time home buyer
There was no real communication
No one at the loan office really kept me in the loop everything was needed yesterday but I always felt hurry-up we need this
Even at work the todos grew and had to stop work and do for them
But in the long run I have my house
Nothing was joyous
I should have been excited
But ended up feeling sad hateful
Once closing was done
I had asked Madison to take the keys
And my brother who lives in the area could meet her and get the keys
The sellers realtor refused to release the keys
Until I went off and was going to magistrates
For not complying to turn over the keys to my representive after all was signed sealed
But now I can relax not calls not text no to do
Almost anyway

The loan officer and loan coordinator were super helpful. As far as I can tell, any issues we had came from a lack of communication from the underwriter.
Veterans United has an amazing team of people. I had the joy of working with Ryan, Brie, and Justine. All were simply amazing at what they do. Also, VU has an app that works great and it's not to just substitute for people. The combination of great people and great up to date technology, I'd challenge you to find a better lender!
