The process of buying a home can be cumbersome and complex especially for a new buyer like myself. Thankfully, the VU team made it very straight forward and simple by breaking it down to more digestible smaller steps . I also loved the VU website were I was able to very easily track the overall progress and load/retrieve documents made the experience that much more enjoyable.
I couldn't have asked for a better mortgage lender! I didn't know what I was getting into when curiosity had me checking out if I was qualified for a house; the overwhelmingness of it all could have been a killer but instead, this cat got lucky with a stellar lending team.
Everyone I dealt with at Veterans United were quick and clear with communications; reacted with patience and great responsiveness with my myriad of questions; and were pro-active in providing me with information that helped me on this first-time home buying journey. I felt like they had my back though out this whole process. I highly recommend them!
