Hannah Rowe should not be working for a company that has anything to do with veterans. She does not listen nor does she call back. Nikki Moore does not call back and is difficult to work with. Even my realtor couldn’t believe the lack of response.

I can't forget to shot out Sarah Stoll, my loan originator. She was on Phil's team to get me through the underwriting process. Sarah pleaded my case with the underwriter a few times on my paperwork, making sure they understood what was going on and keeping me straight. I can't say thank you enough for helping me get through underwriting. She is a force to be reckoned with and I'm glad she was on Phil's team.At the end of the day, I have been blessed. I had my concerns that I wouldn't close by the date they had listed. But I did. It still feels surreal that I'm in my on place and I'm finally taking the time to plant my roots. It was long overdue for me to accomplish this but I'm humbled and thankful that I had the group of people that I did.
