I first began talking to Jimmy Stranz two years before I actually made my purchase. Life events got in the way, and he kept in touch, never gave me any hassle or pressure. When I finally began the process of purchase, it went very smoothly. Jimmy was on top of everything and answered all my questions. Gave me good advice on how to handle things. then he turned the day-to-day contact over to Gabe. Gabe did a terrific job as well. I am very happy. I made this decision and they made the transaction as painless as possible. I have purchased five houses previously, and this was by far the smoothest transaction. .
