Everything was easy to figure out. So many people were available to help at all times. They always replied quickly and were extremely knowledgeable. We've used them three times and will use them again in the future!
Overall the Veterans United home loans team was amazing. They even worked with us until our credit score was to standard. Even through the unforseen issues they were available to communicate and solve our issues quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them especially Whitney and her team to any Veteran looking to purchase thier forever home.
When documents were requested of me I got them to you instantly. When I had questions, I never really felt assured in the answers you gave. Responses didn't come very quick, and always came from someone low on the totem pole who didn't have the answers. When you requested documents from the sellers and their lawyers you got them, then decided you didn't like the wording or whatever... I'd love to know who the underwriter is and what their job even is... Must be nice to sit around and play god with peoples homes and lives. Probably voted for Sleepy Joe. In the future I'll be going with any one of the hundreds of other VA home loan lenders and I'll be sure to let everyone else know it too. I had to go over my documents more than they probably did to make sure no mistakes were made. You'd think maybe your customer service could step it up since the market is crap, I guess I figured wrong. You're lucky I'm writing this and not my wife.

Kollin King is the reason this team got such a high rating. There were a few moments of miscommunication and disorganization between team members but any time a mistake was made Kollin tried his best to make it right or make it up in the end.

Mike has always been amazing, very thorough and I would recommend him to anyone because him and his team are so great! I have both bought my first home and refinanced the same house later through Mike and his team. For the refinance I worked mostly with Jessica Erb and she was very patient with me and any delays I had, she explained everything, sometimes twice, to ensure I understood what was going on, and I never felt alone or unheard during the entire process. I would recommend this team a million times over!
