Even with things like getting your utilities turned on at your new home or getting your mail forwarded. I really liked how everything was located on their portal where you can see where you are at in the process complete with a to-do list. All documents can be uploaded and signed online which really makes things convenient.

Overall, our family had a great experience working with Veterans United. As with any process be prepared for frustrating moments, however, stay on task and when items are requested get it done. A smooth process starts with your motivation to provide the necessary items ASAP. In our experience when we had questions via email or phone, at their earliest available time they were responding with solutions, on occasion even on weekends.
