Absolutely loved my experience with Veterans United. From start to finish every aspect, person, and procedure was easy/professional and made my home buying experience amazing. It really set the bar high for any future home buying.
This was my first time buying a home however , my realtor and my Veterans United Team made the process seamless.
The entire team was dedicated in making sure we had the best interest rate, answered all of our questions and any concerns we may have had. Our’s was an unusual experience as we were refinancing our house that we had inherited but was still in my wife’s father’s name concerning the mortgage. What things more “interesting” was as the completion of the refinancing loan was coming to completion I was currently participating in a bicycle ride across our state that took place over 7 days. With minimum cellular service at times, the loan team had to utilize my spouse as my proxy voice in the completion of the refinance.
They are the best to get the job done and make sure you are the priority.
I think I’d be sounding like a broken record if I say anything more. The greatest experience ever.

The Veterans United staff I frequently spoke with was Haley, Isaac and Sarah who each treated me with kindness and understanding we every step of the way in the home buying process. Ross was truly amazing. A review does not do justice to how hard he worked and how great he was to work with. From the first phone call months ago when I told him I wanted to buy a house and that’s all the information I had, to the phone call we had on the closing day, Ross was there every step of the way. Always treated my wife and I like we were the most important people to him. If I ever buy a home again, Ross is who I want to work with.
