Buying a home is a stressful moment and the Veterans United team we had did not help with that. This is not something my wife and I do often and instead of taking work off the table the Veterans United team constantly added more problems that seemed like they could solve without involving us. They seemed overly assured and did not take the time to really accommodate the homebuyer. Truly disappointed in underwriting team and how the process turned out.
There are a lot of options for financing a home. However, not all will show the dedication to ensuring the individual is satisfied with the terms and conditions. At Veterans United, I felt like I was more than just a number in their database.
As mentioned before, I honestly could not have asked for a better team for my first home. The team as a whole made me feel very comfortable with every move we made as they showed patience and organization.
