Jose is the best this is the second time helping me and he made miracles happen and worked even on sundays for me very motivated and hard worker if I ever get another house he would be the one I ask for he was the one I asked for this second time he calls and makes sure you understand everything when it doesn’t make sense on paper he goes out of his way to call makes sure you know what’s going on great person
Everything was fantastic. My only complaint is when they tried to sell me stuff for the house like home security. Aside from that, I really appreciated the level of communication and competence.
My experience with Veterans United was simply amazing. My loan officer Jake and my real estate agent Kristen were the perfect people to work with. Both of them had put so much time and effort to ensure a sucessful purchase and move into my new home. I was delightfully supprised when both Jake and Kristen went out of their way to accomadate me even though I was 4000+ miles away. Even when I was getting worried, Jake did everything he could to help ease my nerves and assure me that we were doing good. Kristen did so much to assure I would find a place to live as to even drive 3 hours across state to meet me t look at homes. The service and experience with Veteran United was so good that for any future home purchases I will make, I will use Veterans United home loans.

It would be helpful to know which third party companies VU works with. I was receiving a lot of emails from multiple people since we didn’t select a loan company right away and some loan companies use the same title company. So it was very confusing and at some point I deleted emails that were needing action by VU, thinking they were from the other loan company.
For some people, buying a home can be an intimidating experience. My personal experience with Veterans United was extremely pleasant and smooth.Thank you Sandra Kearny, Nick Laws , Sarah Elliot, Kristina Shore, and the rest of the team for your above and beyond approach to making this home purchase great.
In the beginning there appeared to be a few obstacles, but the team pulled together and worked to make sure I was happy and comfortable, and had numbers I could work with.
