This is the 3rd house I've been involved in purchasing, and the experience as a whole did not meet my expectations. I'll admit this is the first time I've bought from another owner and not a new house, but I've never felt this stressed buying a house. I cannot pinpoint the root cause, but I felt buying a house 100% virtual while stationed in Germany was easier than this last experience. My team did great and guided me along well, but I felt inadequately prepared to do some tasks that were required of me; as an example, I was frustrated when looking up home insurance and I was asked details about the house, (foundation, type of roofing, how much is tile" etc) which I did not have the answer to. I wish that my team, either veteran's united or my realtor, could have better prepared me or prefilled my applications and I wasn't having to guess on the answers. Of the 3 times I've bought a house, this was the most stressful.
Veterans United was on top of everything. Me being a first time home buyer I was stressed. Veterans United made everything very easy and was there when I had questions! I highly recommend my team!!! Outstanding job!!! 100 happy I chose VU!!

Brad D did an amazing job. He carried the team on his back. Very flexible, very patient and knowledgeable. He was always there when we needed him for any questions. Even if it was the same question 10 times in a 2 day period he was always happy and more excited to help.
