You all have more than earned my business and I will refer everyone that I can to Veteran's United. The process was so much easier than I ever could have imagined. We had a very stressful life even happen in the middle of the process, and if it weren't for this team of folks having our backs the entire process, I don't know how we would have been able to get through it all.
Well I would repeat over and over my above comments about Schandler, but make no mistake, the ship sails right because of the crew. The people in this team work great together, and they all demonstrate the highest level of proficiency and professionalism. I would like to add a special comment about Jens who also went so out of his way to assist us. Our purchase was for an out of state home. Buying and moving is a rough time to say the least. Not being in the state of my purchase naturally had us feeling a little confused about what was coming next. All said and done Jens assisted with so many "small" issues, the kind that stress you, as did everyone we had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend Veterans United to every service member I could not praise them enough. They helped us make this the experience we hoped for, thank you to each of them. As a foot note I want to stress, a company can only be as good as the people they employ, these folks are the best!
Throughout this yearlong loan process, Rachel and the Veterans United team took care of us. The professional approach they demonstrated gave me confidence that my loan was in the right hands.

I am pleasantly surprised at how professional the entire team is at Veterans United. I truly feel like they care about their customer base! I've never worked with VU in my prior mortgages. However, I will definitely seek them out again the future.

It needs to be more clear how much will come "out-of-pocket" on a "no money down loan" as I learned this the hard way. Luckily I was able to gather the necessary funds, but not everyone has the same resources.
The HOA information is almost as old as me. I should already have a mail key and a pool key...but I do not and now it's on me to figure it out.
I still have broken roof tiles and in the agreement for sale the roof was supposed to be repaired. That still has not happened.
Being first time homebuyers we heard a lot of negative things about a mortgage loan process. We had no idea how it went but, Veterans United helped us from the beginning by guiding us thru the process and making it less stressful. We are happy with our new home and appreciate the Veterans United team helping out us veterans and our families.

Despite the fact that we had to interrupt our sale of our home until another season, and we knew very little about the state we were moving to, Veterans United made us feel completely taken care of.
