

One thing I would suggest is more communication with the buyer. Even if there are no updates to provide, call them to tell them that things are progressing along smoothly. KEEP THEM COMFORTABLE WITH THE PROCESS. People are get anxious during this process so making them feel at ease is imperative. Don't make them chase you....you need to contact them even if (and again) no new information is available....let them know you are still working for them!!!! That will go a long way with the buyer.

As a first time home buyer, I went into this experience worried that it was going to be stressful because of the current state of the market. I was wrong. Everyone I spoke to at VU knew what they were doing and made my experience seamless and easy. Will definitely highly recommend to others and plan on using them if I ever need to refinance or buy another home.


The only negative experience I had was dealing with Walter Burk. It was hard to get answers when needing information. At one point I emailed him with questions and after a whole week received no answer from him. Hanna saved the day as she returned back to the office she had me answers within the hour. Overall I am pleased with the experience and cannot praise Hanna enough. She loves her job and it really shows with her compassion and attention to the customers need. Thanks again Hanna for making this experience wonderful. From the Smee family we’re in love with our new home and it wouldn’t be possible without you.

I would totally recommend going through this company to anyone who qualifies for a VA loan. The professionalism the extent in which day went and would continue to go to make sure that this process was as smooth as possible for those who have served their country is beyond refreshing. I struggle with PTSD so a lot of the brain work can be overwhelming at times, thank God this awesome team was there to do a lot of that for me so that I did not have any anxiety or feel as though I was being taken advantage of at any point.
