Veterans United is very knowledgeable and they make sure that every little detail is addressed and legal ! We were able to fund our second home thru Veterans United in a timely manner. Although...... We feel communications are not always the best. We believe that is because of too many hands involved in the process. We also think that they tend to push the envelope when it comes to meeting the deadline for closing. And lastly, We found out that closing signing does Not mean that you will take immediate possession of your home. Funding with Veterans United is not secured at that time, could take them 2 to 3 more days. We would highly recommend our agent Kendall Haun in the Missouri office. Thank You Veterans United. Absolutely amazing service. Right from the beginning VU made everything easy. They told us exactly what they needed for us to get our pre-approval and then ultimately our final loan through. Allie our concierge was the best and made transitioning all of our home services so easy we did it on the phone in less than an hour.
