They were asking for paperwork that should of been asked for in the beginning of my loan process. They waited until the final week all the way up to the day before closing and asked for additional banking information and other tax documents that were already provided in the beginning of the process. Veterans United had multiple people working on my loan and even had one person that was swapped out half way through, and to make matters worse, there was no communication between my team which resulted in having to complete "to-do's" more than once.
Veterans United did an amazing job and worked very hard to help me through the entire loan process. I would hands down recommend Michael and Veterans United to anyone I know looking to use VA benefits. I am very appreciative of the amazing job of the entire team working on my loan.

the only thing i would have to add is to communicate more during the closing process. because mine was a mail out. I did not find out until 2 days before closing what was actually going to happen and what was going to required of me and that information was wrong. It turned out I had to do everything myself, like find my own notary. lucky for all of us i had friends here in the realtor business and they pointed me in the right direction without them we wouldn't have closed on time.
