I have never had a better customer service experience. I had an entire team at my disposal that answered questions quickly after I asked them. I felt like I was part of VU's family and loved the support. Lastly, at closing, my title agency and agent both stated that I had the best interest rate they had seen in 8 months. Glad Aaron and his team were there for us in our first home buy.
Everyone was great. The one thing I feel need to be worked on is the response time of the underwriter just took so long for certain things to get done and for a response, but I understand the work that is needed.
From start to finish your team made the most stressful time of my life very easy. Never felt put off and you all always answered my million questions. Already have started to spread the word and would highly recommend.
