I know they have jobs to do but they could been more forthcoming in the process of closing instead of delays and changes at the last minute. It cost me thousands that I will never get back. Not happy about it. But happy I got the home.

I have bought several homes and was Leary of working with lenders out of town. From the first interview call to closing it was perfect. Even the settlement office said it was one of the most seamless closings they have done. So thank you!

1 - The only thing short is that when I review some of the documents, there were some mistakes that needs to be corrected, which I respond back to make sure it is taken care of.
2 - Website issue. When I first registered and I had a hard time trying to input my banking info but it won't register certain banks.
3 - Home Buying concierge support. Not many resources in local cities and states and when given the result. Some of the resources are not available though it was provided. Not just the major companies but also needs to be local resources that would help smooth the process too.




I can’t give enough positive feed back about Veterans United. They have the right people, the right tools, and the right processes to help Veterans realize our dream of homeownership. And their customer service is Awesome!
