Overall great experience. I would like to have seen less back and forth with some of the documents we were asked about. Felt like we resubmitted a few of them multiple times.

Ba da boom, ba da bing! The smoothest home loan experience one could ask for. Our loan officer was knowledgable, honest, respectful, and just so cool. They were always available to us both in person and digitally. There was never a question too silly or left unanswered. They collaborated so well with our relator, it felt like a cohesive team working towards the same goal, our goal. Using the online platform to sign and review documents was straight forward and designed for intuitive use. It kept us organized and would provide these little insights to make signing documents feel less scary.Our standards are now so high for any future home buying experiences.

Veterans United was definitely a blessing to us. Everything was so easy and explained thoroughly, how many times we needed it lol. It was such an easy experience with their app! Everything that needed to be submitted was on there, all due dates, easy access to our status. They also have their own underwriter so everything is done with them and by them! Not to mention, as a lender serving veterans they definitely get a 10 star or how every many. We got amazing discounts on our security system & home insurance (which they found all the quotes and got me the most affordable option) They also gave our fur babies some gifts and some socks that support Vets!
