My only is was how many different people reached out to me it was kind of hard keeping track, would recommend the main poc tell you who is involved and what they do.
Overall, this process was easy. A couple of hiccups did send me into panic mode, but they were resolved quickly. Jessica was Ferrell at explaining step-by-step, and I appreciate that.

Loan coordinator sent very vague emails. Basically copy and pasted the same info. Asked the same question numerous times. Left numerous voice mails and never received a call back. Asked the Loan office (John) to speak with me and leave the loan coordinator out and he did. Things got hectic and confusing at times and John kept me updated and well informed.
Everyone was super helpful during the process, a process I knew nothing about coming into it. They helped us a ton along the way and now we have a new house to show for it. Thanks!
