As much as I love VU. This time was different. Documents were asked for much too late, almost 2 weeks prior to closing with all vital records in transit.

The whole team was amazing!! Katy, Skylar, Bettina and our real estate agent Kurt all helped to make finding and buying our home a very smooth and pain-free process.

I would recommend this as a veteran many many years ago when I first tried I had a very bad experience. I was very young I was a sergeant. I was actually in the military at the time needless to say if I had the help in the individuals upfront, making sure that I could qualify, it would’ve probably been a different story, but at this time the team that I had made it very easy to understand they explain the processes and kept me on the right track. I would recommend this to all veterans as a matter fact I’m gonna be talking to my brother .

Veterans United is the absolute best to work with, I’m very thankful for Josh and the entire team I cannot put into words how amazing they are and all that they did for me.
Between the loan officer Shawn and the loan coordinator Rynda this was by far the easiest home buying experience I’ve ever had! This being my third home buying experience and my first with VU I can say I was working with experienced professionals who generally care about the buyer not because it’s their job but because they truly care! I will never buy a home with any other mortgage company again because of how professional and quick this team was!
I was in a difficult spot with my purchase and Greg and his team came in and saved the day and wrapped up all the lose ends to help me close the deal.
Jake was AMAZING. We were so nervous to buy our first home. We had absolutely no idea what all home buying consist of besides good credit and money but Jake took his time explaining the process and was available to answer any questions we had. We never thought we would be home owners, especially in this market, but Jake made it possible. The process was a lot less painful than others had described. I’d like to think it was because of the team of elite professionals we had by our side! Go Army!!!!
