If you want to buy a home and your veteran there's no other place to go better than United it's not only outstanding but they are very helpful they will get you your loan if there's any way possible
We were absolutely blown away by the customer service we received at Veteran’s United in Clarksville. Jessica and Amanda G were incredible to work with, they kept us informed every step of the way and we couldn’t be more grateful for them helping us through the house buying process for the first time.There was a little hiccup at the very end of our process (nothing to do with veteran’s United just one of those things that happen) and they were so quick to help us resolve the issue so we were able to close on time.We would recommend the service here to anyone!! Thanks for a smooth loan process
Our experience with Veterans United was up and down. Initially they were great to work with and offered tons of resources. They communicated and wanted our business. Once we were committed to using their loan services it felt to slowdown and they were a alot less informative of the loan process. It didn't help that they were located in a different time zone, but our loan agent did answer the phone most times when he was off duty which was appreciated. Overall a good experience. And thank you all for your service.
