




I’m glad I whe with y’all it was very good experience

In retrospect I was able to jump through all the hoops BUT I did this process away from home so much of the "hoops" required information I didn't have access to. Adam was reassuring and helpful. I wonder about the older vets like me who are in the same circumstances but don't have the internet access that finally saved my butt. I also wonder about the deployed ladies and gents and what they must go through to comply.


Thank y'all for the hard work and dedication! I love my new home and I am thankful!!

Kenny was great!!! My wife and I had a previous bad experience with veterans United but we decided to try again and we couldn't have asked for a better experience and person to help us with purchasing our first home from the first contact to the end he has gone above and beyond our expectations and I would without a doubt do it again!Curtis was amazing to work with and very on top of things making the process easy and stress free. If anything was needed I know shortly after he did what paperwork was needed to ensure we got our home and it was always take your time and don't stress out about things when working with him. While he took vacation due to family reasons Emily took over for him and she did a great job as well with informing me of things that were needed and answering any questions.Kenny and his team are by far the best and trust me I've dealt with other employees from Veterans United and Kenny, Curtis, Emily and Francis are the best you will get!!!!!!Thank you all so much !!!!!

Super easy and very informative team member that helped me through this very stressful process of getting a home! Absolutely recommend using them!

As Matt knows, the appraiser was worthless. I know we started waiting for the appraiser around December 20th and I think the appraisal arrived on January 4th with numerous errors which needed correction. The appraiser spend more time sending responses saying the appraisal would be uploaded and never following through with her promises. We ended up staying in a motel for 2 weeks. Also had to $40/day for the u-haul truck. Between the hotel and truck it cost me close to $2000 more due to the appraisers inability to complete her appraisal. Matt, Paul were fantastic through the whole process. If I asked questions, promptly answered them in decent time. I certainly will recommend Matt and his team to any fellow veterans. Veterans United was outstanding. Thanks from Shaun and myself.
