I know Kyle Gardner is the lead of his team but I never interacted with him, and its not giving me the option to rate the Loan Specialist that I did work with. During my refinance with Veterans United this 3rd time, my paper work didn't include my taxes on it, as it did the first and second time I finance. I think that is an important detail that was overlooked. I'm sure you'll process includes a checklist of things to look over in your paper work, so it doesn't get missed.
