I really didn't know what to expect from the first initial contact with Veterans United and I truly was hoping I had not made a mistake. But, immediately Cody and Corey were so knowledgeable and patient, explaining each step thoroughly. During this process which was super easy, my mother passed and my team just seemed to know what I needed and when. From phone calls to text messages and emails and the occasional post office mail to the gifts!! The American Flag!! Bird feeders and just the weekend calls or texts to just check on me, to see if I had any new questions or if it was anything at all they could do for me!! I just fell in love with everyone on my team. All of them were the best. Including the local real estate agent that Veterans United put me in contact with. I would not use again or recommend to anyone at the end no one could give information app whites out documents did not get any numbers to at close…. Sticks you with a high interest than what was discussed in conversations about rates.
I had never heard of Veterans United for home loans and I've been affiliated with the Federal Goverment for over 48 years (30 active duty)!! In the day we had to close, we went back and fourth and had to resign a few documents. This was somewhat frustrating because we had to drive back to the place twice due to some of the documentation not being correct. But overall, it was a good experience.
Veterans United was an excellent organization.
This was super simple, homebuying is extremely stressful and even with this being remote and basically all digital. I would 100% recommend veteransunited to any bets that are buying homes.
