After several months, the paperwork was sent to the loan team. It took two months to get my qualifications corrected. Thanks to Waco Title coordinator Brittney Jones. The Title paperwork was complex; however, I like the way Brittney and her team organized it for the Notary process.
I would highly recommend Veteran's United to any vet wanting to start the home buying process. When I originally wanted to buy a home my credit still needed some work. They were able to give me some advice and things that helped fix my issues in a short time and allowed me to complete me process with any hiccups. I expected it to be some delays due to it being between 2 major holidays and that was not the case.
