From start to finish my experience with Veterans United home loans was outstanding. I’ve never seen such customer service. I received multiple calls, emails, and texts weekly keeping me in the loop and updating me every step of the way. Less than two minutes after requesting more information on my now home I received a call from VU. While I was still on the phone with the first rep another called in. I would highly recommend VU to any veteran friends or family. I would like to give a special shout-out to Mike Mange. He was fantastic and I can’t say thanks enough

Alot of the issues with my transaction came from the many different people from Veterans United that contradicted each other. It will be easier if ONE person walked the potential home buyer thru the process.

This was our second time working with veterans United and I could definitely say that I would do this again with them. The process was streamlined but most importantly the staff was knowledgeable and worked diligently to work through the closing process.
