This journey started 3 months ago, house after house we had looked at.
Right before Xmas the house we were looking at came up. The team at Veteran United worked hard to get us in, 3 days before Xmas we are in our new house what a Xmas present.
They were a great help and really made a concerted effort to make me feel like I wasn’t just buying a house, but a home!

In Real Estate, an Agent has to be professional, personal, and knowledgeable; all at once sometimes. My experience with my team at Veterans United (VU) did more than make buying my new home easy, they made it possible. Financial issues halted my previous attempt to buy a home. But when the issue was fixed, I almost immediately contacted VU with the news, even though two years had passed. An agent was assigned to me, but I hadn't forgotten the Real Estate Agent from that previous run. We were easily reconnected by my VU Agent. To me it seemed more like coming from a lunch break, than a two year wait. When my Real Estate Agent and I started house-hunting everything just seemed positive, if it was a bad day, it was a positive bad day, somehow! It's like we shared a confidence, unspoken knowledge, and friendship that made our meetings full of fun. There were lots of homes that we viewed. And I missed some beautiful opportunities. I think, that she loves what she's doing, because with me, she never seemed to be working. But she knew everything, she was informative, she was patient, and she is still the Champion Warrior who I chose, Again, to go to battle with me. This just may have been the easiest buy/sell that either of us have had. And personally I want to do it again.
