Being a widow has been difficult. But I wanted to buy a house near family 4 states away from were I live. I contacted VA home loans and Shawn Hall was my guy. That was the start of our journey. Then I meet Meagan, she worked on my paper work. Then I meet Dustin my Realestate Agent for My house. And Jeremy with C & C Roof Repair. 3 months later I am in my beautiful little house. There are not enough words to say Thank you or God bless 🙏 them for all they did to fine my sweet house and get me in before Christmas. God bless you all.

This was the second time that I’ve used my VA loan and I honestly cannot recommend Veteran’s United enough! Both times I’ve used this company I’ve had an amazing, stress free experience! I would definitely recommend!
I think that the overall quality of loans that veterans united has is solid and top notch. I know many will try to tell veterans they can do better.I went from no home to having a good home. It may take me a few decades to pay it off. With luck I am sure I will meet that milestone. The reality is I would not have the oppertunity to do so had the loan team at Veterans United not only gave me thier all and took the intiative to make sure my paperwork was filed properly, timely, and accurately.The entire operation was done with attention to detail and they took feedback and applied it in a manner that made me part of the team but made me feel as if I was the most valuable player on the team.As a student of project management I feel my loan team was completely PMBOK compliant. Thank you for your service to veterans and for the work you have done for me.

Juan Bonilla and Aaron were there for my wife and I and never gave up hope that Gemma and I would close on a house. Even after 3 cancelled contracts for various reasons they stuck with us. Mr. Bonilla always gave clear and percise guidance on any required documentation needed. Superb person and a True Pro at his job. Aaron is like a brother to Gemma and I and never wavered. Even though we took awhile to get our house I could always count on Aaron for a laugh and encouragement. Alex our real estate agent was fantastic, even after putting over a couple thousand miles on his car as we visited over 30 houses. Always answering his phone no matter what time we called. We consider Alex as a member of our family. A fine Ammerican with a heart of gold. A truly great team and staff at Veterans United.
