The underwriters waiting until a couple of days before closing to get clarification on my pay types caused a lot of undue stress on my wife and me. Additionally, the day before closing and closing day were chaotic and we almost weren’t able to close. Ultimately our closing was delayed because the closer didn’t send documents in a timely, appropriate manner. Thankfully Sydney was able to get everything worked out with a delay.
