Terri’s dedication and commitment to the entire home buying process was masterful. I consistently had questions outside the breadth and scope of her described duties answered in a timely manner but questions she could not answer she quickly found me the people/references/literature without prompting or ‘passing the buck.’ I would fight to work with Terri again. Based on my experience I give VU my highest rating without reservation.

Veterans United made literally the entire process of buying our first home so incredibly easy! I cannot believe we didn’t have to do more; they did so much of the hard work for us! Could not recommend Veterans United and all their staff enough!
I found the loan coordination difficult in that they papers in submitted were not adequate but it took time to find that out and then when it came time to reupload the upload was not available. Clients should be told from the get go to establish a direct line with "my pay" ie get a new password whoch can take up to ten days.
Veterans United has helped me reach a dream I thought I'd never achieve. My family now has a home we can call ours, thanks to our loan team and our realtor. Thank you Veterans United for all that you do.
