Started out really good had better rates then competitors and very professional. During process that didnt go as smooth. Had several problems with lack of communication and follow up within timely matter. Multiple times was asked for same documents over and over even though the was uploaded into their system.
The VA fee needs to be made clear up front. The fee was told about early in the transaction, but the enormous cost tacked on to the home loan was a total shocker!
I am totally happy with Andrew and Chris but highly unfavorable with the title company that was used as they did not contact me prior to my closing in regards to wiring instructions for my part of the payment. Not very professional in my opinion.
The whole team knows there jobs. Could not ask for better, because you will not find one.
