This was my first time buying a home and I was very eager, nervous and a little overwhelmed but my team at Veterans United was always there for me and my wife through the process. Kelly and I can not state how happy we are. Danielle and Jess and Camron are outstanding. They went so far out of there way to help us get our new home here in South Carolina. They called us almost everyday to keep us updated. This is one time that I can say that Veteran's United has a great team there. If they were to ever let them go it would be a BIG MISTAKE. They are all about supporting the Veteran's in the most HIGH resect and made me feel like a great person. The request for closing funds was premature and unnerving at times. It may have just been wording, but better clarification of when funds should be expected to be in the appropriate account should be tempered with the knowledge that the funds won't be available until after the close on the sale of the loan applicant's current residents.

Brian Nelson , Kathleen , Vicki , Brain Mullins (realtor) and my insurance guy I can’t remember his name ! He was great . This team is one of kind and one hell of a stellar customer service ! The first time I tried to go with Veterans Hnited was not a pleasant experience for me years ago I had a loan officer that was not people friendly and definitely not for me . When I called Brian he took all my info and said that I would be able to get a house in November 2022. I had some prior financial obligations and he said I will be ready to go in November. Almost a year later . He never forgot about me he got me hooked up with Brian Mullins my realtor in my town . This whole team started to like call and introduce themselves ask me if I had any questions and began to take care of personal needs . I had my doubts because of the first experience with veterans United and I was I overwhelmed with so much attention! This team made me feel like a million dollars . Veterans United was a pleasure to work with. Josh and his team were generally right on top of everything throughout the loan process. Thanks to them, we were able to get a VA loan. We had never applied for one before since my husband got out of the service in 1969. Josh taught us a lot during the process.
