I've worked with Ben and his team before and will again If the interest rates drop again. Truly outstanding.

Our team was so great throughout the whole process. But a major shoutout to Alexis for always answering my calls/emails promptly. Or if she didn't know the answer she found out for us. She was so amazing and always cheerful. Made a huge difference knowing we had her on our team. Thank you!

I think I've said it all. I appreciate Veteran's Realty and I'm glad we selected them to help in this house buying process....NO BETTER TEAM!!

I am genuinely satisfied with my home buying experience through Veteran's United! Hannah and her team kept in contact with me every day from start to finish! Their consistent professionalism and knowledge made the experience as less stressful as it could possibly be while purchasing a home. I would recommend Veteran's United, Hannah and her team to all my veteran friends and coworkers!

Wonderful team throughout the entire process! Despite the time zone difference they were always prompt to respond to my questions and move through everything swiftly, even helped get closing finished early! They remembered the small bits of information I told them even when it seemed insignificant or was unrelated. I mentioned I drove a Jeep and briefly had a conversation regarding the rubber ducks that were left on other Jeep owners vehicles, next thing I know I'm opening a package that contained rubber ducks so I could join in on the fun!

One of the most exceptional people thank you

The team is awesomely great!! They made me feel comfortable, kept me informed of any changes and of anything I needed to know. They were with me every step on my way to owning my home. Thank you so much!!

I was a first time home buyer, with no experience buying a house i got pre approved through veterans United. After quickly being pre approved and having to wait a month or two before looking they put me in touch with an awesome Real estate agent that covers the Abilene tx area. She was absolutely phenomenal all around, straight to business, and also was personable and understanding. Veterans United really did good on that part. After looking for houses my Realestate agent and I finally found a house that was a good suit. When the real paperwork started I was left out of the loop, and when I was finally informed of something I needed to do I sent in documentation that was true and legit but was then asked the same question numerous times and then at the end of everything was told that my answers weren’t good enough and then they needed a “typed letter from my employer” part of the home buying process? Yes just don’t waste my time. If you need something from my employer state that and let’s move on. As far as communication? Not great at all. I would get calls from my Realestate agent and she would tell me “ hey you should have heard from veterans United about this and this already I’m just following up.” And I hadn’t heard anything. I work out of town and In remote places, this was communicated, during closing they didn’t want to work with me until I threatened to push closing off another 2-3 weeks because they wouldn’t work with my work schedule even after giving them 3-4 weeks notice. Then to top it off, I traveled to the title company after being told what I would need for closing and get 1.5 hours away from my “local” bank and then was informed that the Amount of money I needed was actually the wrong amount. The communication, just wasn’t there, it was a shit show. My Real estate agent has been an agent since 2001 and she was disgusted with some of the shenanigans. 95% of the information I ever received about anything was from her. Good thing she knew what she was doing. I will use a different VA lender next time.

150% would recommend yall to other veterans.

Thank you for making this experience easy and bearing with me with answering any questions and concerns I may have had . Thank you again for making my dream com true.

As I related in this review, and another under "Google," Ms. Cindy Tolster and her fellow co-workers still operate and carry out all assigned duties (and more) with expert precision and they are always there, even after "normal duty hours," to be of assistance! if today's society function as well as Ms. Cindy Tolster, as well as her team, and others associated with Veteran's United, this Great Nation of ours would not be experiencing the difficulties we are all encountering! However, bottom line upfront, Ms. Cindy Tolster deserves a well-earned salute and if a remake is ever made of the song "R E S P E C T" it would be dedicated to Ms. Cindy Tolster! On the behalf of numerous other Veterans, thank you for a job well done - Hoorah!!

The process of buying this house could not have gone smoother . Thank you Veterans United job we’ll done

Alex, my loan officer made sure I was good to go. He first reached out to me and I was hesitant due to the housing market in Tennessee. As soon as I found a home that I liked I reached back out to him months later! He was chill. He was very patient and accommodating when I was finally ready to buy. Heather, my loan coordinator who was apart of my home buying team made sure that all of the paperwork from third parties were tended to when it was time for closing. She did an excellent job explaining the details behind the scenes on what goes on to close. This was especially helpful since I was a first time home buyer. I've heard so many horror stories of things going wrong or not going as planned during the home buying process. Heather made sure, along with Alex that everything that could go right with my loan went right! Molly, my home buying concierge made sure I was set up with the best utilities in the town I decided to buy in. This was tricky since I chose a small town with very few providers for miscellaneous services. Without her it would have taken more time to get these things set up so I appreciate her as well. My whole team was on the ball. Last but not least, I ended up paying absolutely nothing at closing, which is something I didn't expect! I even concluded the closing process by having a payment due to me after I signed off on all of the paperwork and received the keys to the house! In other words, I got paid to receive the keys to my new house! This is special. I appreciate Veterans United. There are other loan providers out there, but to save the hassle just go with Veterans United if you are eligible.

I have already referred a few ppl to this team. When I go for another house i know where and who i want on my team.
