We had some ups and downs through the process but Nick and his team were there for us every single step and because they worked so hard and together as a team, my husband and I have our dream home. This particular home is Nextdoor to our daughter and granddaughter. We get to see them everyday now. Thank you Nick we love our new home.

My loan team was perfect. David, Nick and Katz was great always on top of things. They kept me in the loop on everything. From start to finish they was always by my side. If I was to do this process over again. I’ll pick the same team to do it with. I would recommend this team to EVERYONE!! I’ll recommend them to the president if he is looking for a house! Team of Go-Getter. Any future purchase of any house loan. I want done by this team!! I don’t think it’s possible to top this level of service that I received. Overall the experience took quite a bit of work but nonetheless we were happy with the outcome. The team was very tentative and responded swiftly to any concerns that we had. They made the process move along very smoothly with no discrepancies and had a answer for every question that we had.
Jose has worked with me for over a year and one half helping me close on a new home. He has helped me swim through the muck of a robust housing market, while I was simultaneously going through a heart-wrenching divorce, releasing my old home through an assumption process, speeding to beat inflation and rising interest rates, and finally guiding me through a complete ground-up build with a new home. Impossible for any loan to trump that! He helped me climb a monstrous mountain, and ultimately make it to the top. There is no doubt in my mind that Jose has a warrior spirit that every Marine I know shares as well. Jose is professional, patient, loyal, and compassionate to our veterans.
