I wouldn't utilize services from anyone other than Veteran's United.

I can't believe how fast and smooth everything was from start to finish! That was way easier than everyone makes homebuying out to be! Veterans United and my paired real estate agent created the perfect power team who got everything done really fast and really smoothly.

Veterans United was with us from step 1. No matter what we were dealing with, they were there to support our home buying experience.

There is absolutely no way I would recommend this business to anybody or any veteran that I know. The entire process feels disjointed and set up for failure on the loan applicant side. Even the initial payment process is confusing and convoluted. This leads me to believe it to be another avenue for your business to extract late fees or some other form of money from the individuals. In my opinion there is no reason why the initial payment should not be received by the end loaning institution. Why have I not received any email or regular mail notification or instructions for making the initial monthly payment? Why am I making the initial payment to your company and then 2 to 3 weeks later being required to set up payment arrangements with the end lender? If it is an issue of time between closing and initial payment. Simply address this issue by moving the initial payment to accommodate time necessary for paperwork to be completed. It should not be a burden or a potential misstep for the borrower. Once again, these actions demonstrate your company's apparent inability to conduct business in a non-stressful or emergency stance. Not giving sufficient time for processes to work out behind the scenes creates undue stress and potential missteps for the borrowers.

This team, Alexis, holly and Jason all deserve 10s. They worked hard to make sure this deal happened. Alexis deserves a bonus for having to put up with my attitude!! Lol

I'm so glad I choose Veterans United. They understood the VA process and made my first home buying experience a smooth and satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and to share the same home buying experience as me.

Olivia was great!! Tate was great!!

Got the job done.

We couldn't be more thankful, everyone was extremely caring made the experience a memorable one.

Great teamwork and excellent communication from Fahad's team. At one point I forgot I had applied for the VA Home loan and was contacted by Fahad who wanted to see if I was ready. I was and we worked together to find a house for me.

I will continue to work with Veterans United in the future. They make the home buying/ refinance process easy and stress free.

Veterans United and Reed Murray made our home buying process easy and enjoyable. We received personal attention from everyone at VU and they were incredibly helpful with all our questions. VU was always honest and upfront with us. If they didn't have the best deal on a service they told us that and still offered to help us as we found the best deal. I recommend both VU and Reed Murray and his loan team to anyone looking for a veterans home loan. Our title company even said they were great to work with. It shows that their professionalism goes beyond just their clients. Consider VU and Reed Murray for your next home loan.

He was great for throughout the process, and know he doesnt handle the loan getting sold off...but come on... a little heads up wouldve been appreciated

Hello Sean, thank you for letting us know more about your experience. We are sorry to hear about your frustrations and understand your apprehension. We do state the servicing of this loan is to be transferred on your initial LE (on page 3 of your LE) and that document is generally received at the very beginning of your loan process. Then it is stated on your Deed of Trust that was signed at closing and notified 15 days prior to the transfer via the Servicing Transfer Statement which is mailed out.
We aren't yet set up to keep all loans for the long term, though we are working towards that goal, and in the meantime, we only work with servicers that we have a good working relationship with, which allows us to work together in case of any concerns regarding your loan. A loan servicing transfer in no way is a reflection on your loan or how much we value you as a customer of Veterans United Home Loans. A member of our Client Advocate team is available to discuss your experience in greater detail. Our hope is that your home serves you well and that our detailed explanation of the transfer process has help you gain knowledge on your concern.
