Paul Prost and Maggie from the Loan Coordination team presented inaccurate information on several instances. After communicating our concerns Paul reassured us on documents that we needed in order to close and be funded. That information changed due to "his oversight and sincere apologizes" after we already planned to disenroll our child from SC education system and transfer her, with no consideration to the domino affect his oversight strained our family and my sanity. Maggie communicated with me in the absence of Whitney and did not even know my spouse and I were 100% disabled veterans and exempt from Florida's state property tax, plus over stated our closing costs by $23,000. Even after information was verified at lower original estimated closing cost amount (approx. $15,000). I was also asked where I'd come up with the $34,000 by both, Paul and Maggie. I asked them to double check our file and contact me with the accurate closing cost number. They provided me with $24,000 approx. Ultimately we paid almost $4,000 in excess, and are now waiting on our funds to be returned from the title company based on this inaccurate information.
Very punctual and definitely walk you through every step. The online portal was very easy to use to be able to upload documents and see the next steps without asking what to do.

I had an amazing Transaction Coordinator by the name of Mallory Licklider, she made sure I had every document that was needed and kept me informed of any changes and adjustments. Also had an amazing realtor Takenya Harris. She never gave up when helping me and the family find a home. She made sure every house we interested in, was to our liking and made sure we were aware of any major damages or repairs before placing offers. By far the best experience of a big purchase I’ve ever had and I thank you all!
