We did have some road bumps during the underwriting process, they really need to get all the information they need upfront and not have the buyer scrambling for information or documents the day before closing, Understanding that some of us vets are PCSing from overseas and a lot of our documents or contacts are coming in our household goods. Overall the process was good, I got updates regularly and I checked off the "to-do's" as they came in. Alexis Benson was an absolute Angel during the process!
A rating of 10 is not sufficient to express how amazing this team was during this process. Give everyone a 25% bonus for having to deal with the seller's agent.
If I or anyone I know ever need a VA loan I will give them the Vets number.

Everything needs to be filed in one place so everyone has access to the information. There is too much repetitive information being requested from the buyer. Not everyone has access to the internet and it makes doing the loan application difficult at times.

Veterans United is a wonderful company filled with great and knowledgeable people that help you every step of the way. They made our dream come true and made it seem very simple.
Lacked more communication towards the end when it mattered the most. Had issues at closing and couldn't reach loan officer or another member from team... There was a lack of attention to detail in the loan officers forms, and felt like some of the information was not properly explained which led us to not make the best choices, given the options. Not sure if I could recommend.
