I would 100% recommend going through the VA to anybody that can! I loved all to be staff members!
When tasks are due I’d respond and complete the task immediately. It wouldn’t be actioned or a response wouldn’t be made until the next day. Close date was missed and technically the contract was violated due to the delays. I’d been living out of my office for a week because of this and could have lost the house and my earnest money and had to start over. All of this could have been avoided or resolved through better more timely communication.
