Underwriters need to find reasons to give loans and not find reasons NOT to give loans. If a Veteran has proven their credit worthiness, have great payment history, is steadily employed, their type of income shouldn't matter and be harassed on: cents per mile versus hourly (hourly drivers make $5,000 to $7,000 less annually than cpm drivers).

Interest rates and loan origination fee super high.
