My experience with Veteran's United has been leagues above my last experience getting a VA loan through another lender. The absolutely only thing I can say as an area for improvement was there were 1 or 2 phone calls that we didn't get calls back on (or received texts back). These weren't show stoppers and I know that team is super busy. Other than that, everything was superb you legends!

For my first time buying experiance it was made easy with Veterans united. I thought I would have to be more involved and running all over signing papers but everything was taken care of so easily. It kept the stress low. The E signing was a huge bonus. Dan was amasojg to work with as well as Jacob. I got all my questions answered amd went into this process comfortable and confident.

The whole team did their best to make the largest decision of my life as easy as they possibly could. They would call me right away to answer any questions I may have had, and would never make me feel as if I was a bother. Every detail was taken care of, so I didn't have extra work to do, my concierge took all the minute details into her own hands, so I didn't have that extra to worry about. LOVE THE WHOLE TEAM!
The team has made this one heck of a first-time home buying experience. It meant a lot to my wife and I that they were so good at working fast and helping us every step of the way especially when I'm overseas at the moment!
