Honestly Dan and his team put this loan together and really went above and beyond to service me. In difficult circumstances I am so grateful for Dan and his team and the work they put in to get me and my wife into the PERFECT home. For those getting a loan for their first time. Take a deep breathe, you are going to get asked a million questions from Underwriting. And plan to constantly be needing to provide documentation. It’s Normal. It seems like a ton but trust me when I say keep providing documentation and don’t panic if they need more stuff from you. If you are leaving Dan and his team bad reviews it’s not Their fault I promise you that. If you are having a hard time with getting a final approval it’s not Dan’s teams fault it’s most likely (you). So just be humble and know that Dans team will go above and beyond to get you the Home you were meant to have. And if not come back in a year get your finances together and try again. Long story short I’m confident that if they can help me get a home. Then those wanting to buy a home , Dans Team can do it!Got my Keys today!
