Have your ducks in a row and have required documentation up to date. If you think for some reason that during the process, you or your spouse will need a power of attorney, get it before you begin the process, you do not want that to be an issue during closing. Have a notary that you can call on short notice that is able to sign closing documents, some require appointments and again you don't want that to get in the way on closing date.
From start to closing, this amazing team was available and ready for any questions comments, or concerns. This experience could not have been easier. Checking the "to do" list became a daily game of how quickly can we clear this list. The surprises in the mail were nice touches as well. They kept us focused on getting to closing. Hannah and her team were outstanding! We could not of hand picked a better team.
