Process was pretty straight forward. I will say the only downfall was that none of the realitors that were recomended to us by VU were quick to respond. Jake and Ryan were quick to try to get us someone else to work with but the realtors recomended failed to meet our quick respond time needs. We found our own and after that everything was pretty smooth. They seem to work well with our realitor and notify us not only with to do list but via calls. JAKE walked me through every question and scenario I thought of. I was relaying most of the info to my husband (who was the one applying for the loan) because he worked night shift but Jake made sure to ask if he was recieving the info and if he had any extra questions to reach out or that he would check back in. I really dont think it could have gone any smoother or been made any easier for us.
