Overall, this was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I truly felt like I had a whole team on the sideline who wanted me to succeed in the process as much as I did. I can tell they put hard work into taking care of certain things so I didn’t have to stress about them. I was very anxious and ambiguous when I first began this process but they turned it into excitement and motivation immediately.
